Culinary Safety Manager
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment
Jose Lule currently holds the role of Culinary Safety Manager for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. In this position, he plays an integral role in directing and ensuring that SSOPs, HACCP, and FSQ functions are maintained at high-levels of standards. He is responsible for the food safety and sanitation of all products, processes, facility audits, and corrective action programs for three theme parks while serving as resource liaison to other theme parks held by the company. Mr. Lule has extensive experience within the hospitality, retail, resorts, golf courses and country clubs industries. Also, Jose has provided consulting services to multiple organizations and corporations throughout his career. Prior to joining the SeaWorld team, he served the State of Florida as a Sr. Health Inspector, conducting inspections on a wide range of facilities. Jose is a graduate of Webber International University, where he received both his BA and MBA in business.
