Steve has been working in the Food & Beverage Industry for the past 35 years. He has held executive management positions with Westin Hotels, Marriott, Lettuce Entertain You, Fair Lanes Entertainment, and Ogden Entertainment. Steve currently serves as the CEO for the National Golf Course Restaurant Assoc.; International Restaurant Society; and Amusements & Attractions Food Purchasing Organization. Steve graduated from the University of Delaware majoring in Business & Economics and earned a Masters Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Cornell University.
