Eli currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Icon Attractions, LLC. Founded in 2012 to develop and manage observation wheels and entertainment attractions, Icon Attractions operates The Capital Wheel at National Harbor, MD. As a career hospitality industry professional he has acquired and operated some of the most recognized brands in the industry. Beginning with that very first lifeguard job at Schlitterbahn, it’s been a wild ride. Eli has worked with industry leading brands such as Schlitterbahn Water Parks & Resorts, Wet n Wild Waterparks, Raging Waters Waterparks, Elitch Gardens Theme Park, Darien Lake Theme Park & Resort, Great Wolf Lodge, Hawaiian Falls Waterparks, and NASCAR Speedparks. He is a hands‐on operator with significant M&A experience including Water Park roll up acquisitions, REIT sale/leaseback transactions, and portfolio asset management of Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Family Entertainment Centers. Eli is an IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive, (ICAE), an alumnus of the 2008 IAAPA Wharton Executive Institute, past Chairman of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Financial Management and Information Technology Education Committee and currently serves on the North American Government Relations Committee.
