Kim joined Ron Foth Advertising in 1988 and has moved through the ranks to her current position as one of the leaders of the company. Kim has a considerable amount of destination marketing, tourism and tourism related experience. Her area of expertise involves increasing consumer average spend, visitation and improving campaign ROI. She has the undeniable passion for travel and an insatiable appetite for the thrill of an adventure yet laying on the beach and escaping with a good spy book can also be inviting. Whether it’s a large state tourism division, an iconic regional visitors bureau, or a world renowned attraction - she understand the individual characteristics, demands, and challenges facing clients, and provide services tailored to the specific needs of each. At Ron Foth she is responsible for strategic planning for all clients, new business development and the daily operations of the Client Services department. Her ability to nurture long-term relationships with her clients makes her an expert in building mutual trust and commitment in the client/agency partnership. Kim has also has extensive consumer, financial, grocery, fast-food, casual dining and retail experience. Advertising is very much a ‘team sport’ and over the years she has contributed to the agency winning their fair share of awards. All said in done, the Agency has won hundreds of awards including American Advertising Federation ADDY Awards, Judge’s Choice, Best of Show & Documented Successes. Others include National Retail Advertising Awards, Radio Mercury Awards, Ruby Awards, Telly, Hermes and notable Travel Industry Awards. Recently, Kim has spoken at the World Waterpark Association and AZA annual conferences on related brand marketing topics including maximizing campaign ROI, how to balance brand with promotions and making your ad dollars work harder for you. Kim is a graduate of Miami University. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio, is married and has three sons.
