Serving as the CEO, and member of the Board of Directors for Neverland (Ares S.A) company, Luciana Periales leads the strategic planning process, encompassing business development, and operational and performance matters for the 30+ company locations in Argentina and Spain. Luciana has held a number of IAAPA Committee positions including the FEC Constituency Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, and the Awards Committee. With a remarkable commitment to social responsibility with multiple non-governmental organizations Luciana is driving educational programs for the development of a healthy and dignified childhood, as well as providing donations to foundations that promote the well-being and health of children. This is evidenced by her role as Godmother of the Training of Leaders Program in the Fundación Cordoba Mejora. Luciana holds a Marketing degree from the Universidad Siglo XXI of the City of Cordoba.
