Toby Barber is Country Manager for DNV GL Energy Advisory in Thailand and Head of Section for Project Development in India. Toby has 9 years experience in the wind industry in Asia, Australia and the UK. Toby has recently relocated to Bangkok from Australia and is now responsible for DNV GL’s renewables services in South East Asia, whilst continuing his previous role managing a team undertaking wind farm assessments in India. Prior to joining Garrad Hassan in 2008, Toby worked for a UK energy utility, with earlier years as a mechanical design engineer.
