Janjira Hongrapipat currently works at Gussing Renewable Energy (Thailand) Co. Ltd. on the planning and construction of biomass dual fluidised bed (DFB) gasifier power plant in Thailand and in Japan. Janjira received her PhD from University of Canterbury, New Zealand in 2014. Her PhD research was biomass gasification in the DFB gasifier and removal of gas impurities from the usable product gas. She obtained her Bachelor Degree from Mahidol University and Master Degree from Chulalongkorn University in Chemical Engineering. She had worked as a Thai government officer for the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry for 7 years during 1999-2006.
