Thomas Eiper holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Technology in Graz, Austria. He started his career in 2007 as a Test Rig Engineer at VA TECH HYDRO in Linz, Austria. For a period of one year he attended and conducted semi and full homologous model tests of radial and axial turbines. After one year at the hydraulic laboratory in Linz he changed to the hydraulic layout department of ANDRITZ HYDRO in Linz, Austria. He is responsible for hydraulic layouts of all type of turbines. Beside his main profession he collaborates in several Research and Development projects within ANDRITZ HYDRO.
