Originally trained as an environmental engineer, Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in environmental issues management. Before setting up Proteus in 1996, he worked for two top five PR agencies conducting environmental communications programs across Europe, Africa, North and South America, Middle East and the Far East, most recently in Thailand and Hong Kong. His track record combines high-level strategic communications consultancy specialising in community engagement, conventional and renewable energy, wastes management and human motivational communications. Paul makes regular presentations at conferences around the world and has had numerous articles published on environmental communication issues. Paul is currently establishing a Proteus office in Hong Kong to serve the Asia market. Increasingly Paul has worked with organisations trying to improve understanding of environmental issues with external audiences including the general public.
