Mr. Philip Napier-Moore, Project Director, Mott MacDonald Ltd Phil Napier-Moore heads the regional renewable power team of Mott MacDonald; the leading technical consulting firm for the sector within Southeast Asia. Based in Thailand since 2008, he has since led support to more than 1600 MW of solar and 700 MW of wind projects in the Asia region, comprising more than 130 plants at various stages of development. He has directed and managed projects for a range of multilateral agencies, national governments and a large number of private companies, working internationally on low-carbon power projects in 20 countries around the world, in particular within Asia and Europe. He is a Chartered Energy Engineer and obtained his Masters of Engineering degree from Oxford University.
