Melinda Kershaw, Director of Marketing, has 35 years' experience in sales, marketing, and operational management. Melinda's key focuses the past 20 years have been business development concentrating on sales and operational infrastructure for emerging technologies. This focus was directed at the Renewable Energy Sector; specifically, photovoltaics and driving IBEW/NECA member contractors to a larger market share in the Solar PV industry. Currently, Melinda assists to build financial structures for development and delivery of both on-grid and off-grid solar products across the United States and Puerto Rico. Melinda lectures nationally to utility providers, architectural and engineering firms, home builders and construction companies, business chambers and trade associations, along with being a featured presenter at many national, energy trade shows, conventions and seminars. Specializing in market incentives at the national, state and local level, Melinda is familiar with the nuances of interconnection to the electrical grid and where to apply technology when needed for future resilience. Day & Night Solar, LLC has become a national resource to the Fortune 1000, driving it to be recognized as one of the fastest growing integrators nationally. Day & Night Solar supports a multitude of national accounts from coast to coast including Hawaii. Specifically, Melinda will head up the Solar Education portion creating content for presentations, signage for identifying the collaboration of all and hosting educational tours at the facility.
