Viki Maxwell is the lead Digital Identity Product Manager for Kaiser Permanente’s Digital Services Group. She has served as the principal product owner for the identity management platform for KP’s patient portal (kp.org) and KP’s flagship mobile apps since their inceptions, including implementing real time online registration using Knowledge-Based Authentication. Most recently, she helped introduce biometric sign-on using Apple's TouchID for the iOS version of KP’s flagship mobile app.
