LaChelle LeVan serves as the Chief Technical Architect of the Federal Identity, Credential and Access Management (FICAM) Program within the General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Government-wide Policy. Ms. LeVan is responsible for collaboration with US Federal Government programs on designing and delivering quality services for identity and access management in support of cybersecurity initiatives, leading the development of common enterprise and solution architectures, and serving on public-private sector committees. Ms. LeVan brings seventeen years of experience synthesizing policy requirements, Standards, and technology offerings to architect and deliver solutions; is an advocate for information sharing and government open source; and believes collaboration is the cornerstone for success in delivering high quality and secure US Federal Government identity services to citizens, business and agencies.
