Catherine (Cathy) Tilton is currently the Chief Technologist for Biometrics at CSC North American Public Sector, Science & Engineering. Mrs. Tilton has over 30 years of technology development and management experience including systems architecture/engineering, system integration & test, and project management in both government and commercial environments, both in the US and internationally. Application areas include biometrics, information security, electronic warfare, command and control, communications, navigation, and information processing systems. She has also been a leader in the area of biometric standardization. Her degrees are in systems engineering and nuclear engineering.
