Rodney has been a DOD Civil Servant for 44 years. He spent the majority of his career as a welder and transitioned to safety in 2009. He is considered an SME for Culture change. His personal life is filled with his wife of 26 years, Lyndelle, and a flock of 3 birds, a 29-year-old African Grey and two 2-year-old Green Cheek Conures. He loves to travel, hike and is a recreational SCUBA Diver.
