Professor Ju-Liang He received his PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 1993. Although teaching and doing scientific research work with pleasure in Feng Chia University for twenty two years, he also constantly involved in industrial-orientated technology innovation, business incubation and international collaboration. He has been honored as Distinguished Professor of the university for nine years. Ju-Liang He paid his major attentions in research work to the improved coating properties and performance by using affordable techniques, thermionic enhanced magnetron sputtering, cathodic arc plasma and HIPIMS particularly in recent years.
