Bertrand Loy has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Entegris, Inc., since November 2012. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer since 2008 and Chief Administration Officer in charge of global supply chain from 2005 to 2008. Bertrand served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mykrolis from 2001 until the 2005 Merger with Entegris. From 1995 to 2000, Bertrand was the Controller and head of Manufacturing for Millipore’s Laboratory Water Division, before moving to the position of Corporate Chief Information Officer. He began his career with Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (now Novartis) where he held various positions from 1989 to 1995 in Strategic Planning and Finance while based in Europe, Japan and Latin America. Mr. Loy serves as a Director of Harvard Bioscience, a global manufacturer of a broad range of life science solutions. He also sits on the International Board of SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International). Bertrand holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France.
