Katsunori Hirata isChief Executive Officer and a founder of Connectec Japan Corporation establishedin November, 2009. He was born in Niigata city in 1964. After graduated from high school, he found employmentas a pharmaceutical products buyerin Toyama prefecture. After that, he joined Matsushita ElectronicsCo.,Ltd, where he beganto acquire experience in semiconductor field. His experience in semiconductor division covers almost every fields except finance norpersonnel. He had proposed lead-free technology in order to eliminate harmful materials from electric/electronic products. He introduced QFP and CSP technology which contributed to chip assembly miniaturizationand cost reduction. He also has experience in new business planning in Matsushita Semiconductor Company and semiconductor plants start-up.
