David drives programs and initiatives to meet HGST’s growing HPC and Data Center computing usage. Daviddrives both on-premise and cloud based computing solutions, allowing a holistic strategy to be developed and completed. Priror to HGST, David lead Product Management at CyDesign Labs, a DARPA funded startup to create a Cloud based complete physics-model-based design platform for requirements validation and verification. Prior to joining the Silicon Valley start-up community, David held executive leadership positions at Intel, including Director, Product Management and Product Marketing for Intel’s SOA and Web Services Suite and Chief of Staff to Intel’s Sr. Vice President of the Intel Software Group. David was also a founding member and past Executive Vice President of the Enterprise Grid Alliance.
