Education: Nagoya Institute of Technology graduate (mechanical engineering) Experience: Since entering SCREEN, I have been in charge of the cleaning scrubber and the transfer coating development based on STP technology for semiconductor equipment, the linear coater development for LCD equipment. Currently I am developing printing technology for organic TFT wiring with FSPP method.
