Marc Loranger has over 35 years of experience in semiconductor test having held various positions in engineering, technical sales, applications and marketing. He has worked at FormFactor, an Advanced probe card manufacture for 11 years; Credence System, an SoC ATE company for 15 years; Kmega AG a test development service company in Switzerland for 5 years as founder; and he started his career at Fairchild test systems. He received a BSEE from Northeastern University in Boston. His interests include, memory device probing, high speed test at probe for KGD – Signal and power integrity, advanced Tester Resource Enhancement (ATRE) and the test issues of next generation Semiconductor and packaging. His hobbies include restoring Triumph Spitfire roadsters.
