Benjamin Lee obtained his BS degree from UCLA in Electrical Engineering and his MS degree from Stanford University in Materials Science and Engineering. After graduating from Stanford University, he joined Applied Materials in Santa Clara, California working as a Process Engineer in the Etch division. He later became a Process Engineering Manager, working on Dielectric Etch product development and customer demo activities for advanced Logic and Memory device applications. Since then, he has held Product Management and Technical Marketing roles across several business units at Applied Materials, including Etch, CVD, Corporate Marketing and Strategy, and the 200mm Equipment Products Group. One of his primary focus areas today is Power Devices. Benjamin has also held roles at Lam Research and Apple Inc. At Lam Research, he worked on 2300 Flex Dielectric and Kiyo Conductor Etch products. At Apple, he worked in the Camera division where he managed the development and release of leading-edge CMOS imaging sensors and camera modules across multiple products.
