Casey H. Chandler is an executive manager who has over 29 years of white collar crime, security management, and investigative experience. He has directed health care fraud investigations and audits in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Chandler is a FWA Product Manager with Xerox Government Healthcare Solutions. Prior to his current position, Mr. Chandler was Cognosante’s Project Manager on both the Missouri Medicaid RAC Project and North Dakota Medicaid RAC Project. He coordinated both claims audit and Credit Balance Transfer audit recovery activities. Mr. Chandler was the Vice President/Benefit Integrity Manager for ZPIC Zone 4 with Health Integrity, LLC. Prior to those roles, he Chandler had a 22year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Chandler has made numerous presentations to both domestic and foreign police academies, FBI agent trainees, agents and academies, and corporate audiences. Mr. Chandler received his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
