Carl manages Anthem Medicaid's SIU operations in four states, WA, CA, NV, and KY. Prior to taking a management position,he was Anthem Blue Cross of CA's Sr. investigator leading the 'Rent-a-Patient' ASC and the Lap-band investigations. He has testified in numerous State and Federal prosecutions and twice received commendations from the FBI for his investigative work.
