David Clark is Director Construction Engineering for CSX Transportation in Florence, Kentucky. David joined CSX in 1996 and has held a variety of positions including its Transportation and Engineering departments. Prior to joining CSX, David earned his bachelors and masters degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a licensed professional engineer. He currently serves as Chairman of AREMA Committee 5—Track and previously served on AREMA’s board of directors.
