Frank Dolinar is a consultant and software developer by trade and a science fiction addict since childhood by lucky accident. He is the author of essays examining the history, trends, and implications of science and technology, a Mensan since 2000, a speaker of complete sentences (given the opportunity), and an enthusiastic follower of space exploration and technology. - He has a bachelors degree in History & Philosophy of Science from Michigan State and a masters in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern in 2016. - He retired from IBM in 2017. - He now provides analytics consulting and coaching for small businesses through Small Steps Analytics.
