Kathleen Cardona has worked 20+ years in adolescent/women's reproductive and sexual health. A "data geek" who enjoys creating elegant electronic surveys, she has utilized text messaging and social media to conduct research and interventions. As a sexual health educator, she is spreading the word that it is never too late to adopt a sex-positive attitude, appreciate all forms of intimacy and learn how to effectively communicate with your partner(s) about your needs and desires.
