Rick Burgard

Rick Burgard has been dedicated to the automotive industry for over 30 + years. His experience exceeds far beyond the past several years he has spent supporting the automotive aftermarket; he also spent 14 years repairing vehicles in the dealership setting and 18 years conducting instructor led training for General Motors and ACDelco. Aside from his instructional background, Rick has also supported curriculum development for new technical courses including OBD II, body controls and vehicle communications, Generation III powertrain controls, rear axle program, and engine performance and HVAC classes specifically related to Toyota vehicle systems. He currently supports all media of training, including his most recent experience filming short, technical videos on servicing using ACDelco parts and assets. Today, Rick spends his time managing the western region of the ACDelco technical training development and delivery program. Rick is known for his ability to give his extensive professionalism an entertaining spin, and commonly brings that combination into the automotive technical classroom as well as into other areas of business he manages.
