Over 30 years in generation with the majority in Hydro as commissioning engineer, field engineer, protection engineer, design engineer, project engineer and now Project Manager of electrical projects for Southern California Edison Company, Northern Hydro Division. Extensive R&D work with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the Advanced Turbine Engine Program with the National Energy Technology Laboratory. Specialties include turbine control, governors, excitation systems and power system analysis and modeling.
