John, is the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) License Manager at TransCanada (this company may change by Hydrovision). In addition to being responsible for all FERC Compliance aspects, he is currently serving as the Project Manager for the relicensing of three (3) Connecticut River projects - Wilder, Bellows Falls and Vernon Projects. He has been working with the Connecticut River and Deerfield River hydro systems in various capacities for over 34 years.   He has served on the National Hydropower Association Board of Direcors including a leadership position as vice-President. He previously served as the Chairman of the NH Rivers Management Advisory Committee. He presently serves as an Industry Advisor to the Low Impact Hydropower Institute. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and currently works and lives in Portsmouth NH. He is an avid soccer fan as a father of a young, talented player and Certified coach. He is alo a Board Member on the Seacoast United Foundation, which serves to provide underprivileged youth access to competitive soccer and develop leadership through such participation.
