Briana Weatherly, is the Environmental Compliance Manager for Pacific Power’s Hydro Resources business unit. She has over 15 years of experience in the environmental compliance and hydroelectric utility fields. Ms. Weatherly's background spans federal and state natural resources regulation, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing and compliance and routine compliance management for industrial operations. She is a native Oregonian and obtained her degree in Environmental Policy and Planning from the Huxley School of Environmental Studies at Western Washington University.
