Mr. Critchfield currently directs the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Green Power Partnership – a voluntary program that supports organizational procurement of green power as a way to reduce the environmental impacts associated with conventional electricity use. Prior to joining EPA, James worked in California for a leading solar energy system design and build firm. He is also the current Chair of ASTM’s E44.25 Sub Committee on Heat Metering. His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
