Julie Peacock is an Energy Policy Analyst with the Oregon Department of Energy. She is currently the chair of the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System (WREGIS) Board and the Oregon Portfolio Options Committee which is an advisory committee to the Oregon Public Utility Commission on the state's voluntary renewable energy and carbon offset programs. In her work at the Department, she also serves as the WREGIS Program Administrator for Oregon and as the Department’s lead on the Renewable Portfolio Standard.
