Ray Ellis has worked in the Hydro industry for over 35 years. Mr. Ellis has engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, testing and maintenance of gates for the same period. In locations from Alaska to New Mexico. He was involved in the rehabilitation of several gate systems with Grant PUD including the Priest Rapids 110 Ton , 40 ft. by 50 ft. Tainter Gates and Wanapum 220 Ton, 50 ft. by 68 ft Tainter Gates.
