Philip Martin has 28 years of progressively responsible experience in hydroelectric and heavy civil construction, including 7 years with Barnard on hydroelectric projects in California and Washington. His areas of expertise include earthworks, blasting, rock bolt installation, piping, cofferdams, and quality control. As a project manager for Barnard, his responsibilities include quality control, purchasing, scheduling, manpower and equipment management, subcontract administration, and contract negotiations. When not specifically assigned to a project, he leads and estimating team at the company’s home office in Bozeman, Montana.
