Ms. Zuli Li, P.E. is a lead engineer in Proposal Engineering at Voith Hydro in York, PA, responsible for technical proposal of turbine, generator, and auxiliary system for the past eight years. Prior experience includes 13 years working at Chengdu Hydroelectric Investigation and Design Institute of State Power Corporation (CHIDI), China as a Hydraulic-Mechanical Engineer.
