Sorin-Íoan Lupa, P. Eng., M.A.Sc. is a senior engineer, in charge of turbine mechanical expertise for Hydro-Québec’s governors and hydraulic systems since 2010. He has also been involved in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a large number of governor systems for major hydroelectric projects all over North America.
