David Woodward, P.E. is a Senior Civil Engineer in the Hydropower & Hydraulic Structures Department of Black & Veatch, with 30 years experience in dam hydraulic structures. He has served in various roles developing dam programs within Asset Management Programs for PG&E, Hetch Hetchy Water and Power, Southern California Edison, and the California Department of Water Resources.
