Dr. Rocio Uria Martinez is currently a research staff member in the Environmental Sciences Division at ORNL. She is a resource economist (Ph.D., University of California, Davis, 2007) with a focus on modeling energy systems and markets emphasizing the interaction among engineering, economic and regulatory aspects. Previously, she worked for Iberdrola, a Spanish utility, as an energy market analyst.
