Mr. Parker joined ANATECH Corporation in 1990. In 2013 Structural Integrity Associates acquired ANATECH Corporation. Mr. Parker has 30 years of experience using nonlinear finite element analysis software at ANATECH and Structural Integrity including extensive use of the nonlinear ANACAP concrete modeling tools.
