Mrs. Quiñones P.E., is the Auxiliary Director of Infrastructure, East Region for PRASA in San Juan, Puerto Rico. PRASA is a public corporation of the Government of Puerto Rico that provides water and wastewater services to a population of approximately 4 million residents, plus 5 million tourists annually. Mrs. Quiñones was responsible for developing the vision and Project Management for the Lago Loiza Redevelopment Project.
