Mr. Jeffrey Oskamp specializes in flooding analysis and risk. He has experience with both probabilistic and deterministic flooding analysis, including the application of river, rainfall, and coastal flooding models (including wind-waves, tsunamis, and storm surge). Mr. Oskamp has advanced knowledge of two-dimensional hydraulic models, as well as advanced statistical methods for characterizing environmental variables and quantifying risk.
