Chuck assumed his President/CEO duties in March 2013. He brings more than 30 years of leadership in the water resources management and environmental consulting arenas in the private and public sectors. He specializes in assembling and leading teams of engineers, scientists, regulatory specialists, planners, and economists to provide integrated solutions for business and governmental enterprises. Chuck has substantial technical experience in hydrodynamics, hydrology, and water quality issues. Chuck provided leadership on several consulting contracts for large-scale federal projects including a national FEMA flood protection undertaking and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Program and their Post-Katrina Flood Protection Restoration Program. He has more than two decades of public sector experience providing him with a keen understanding of federal and state regulatory frameworks and procurement processes. During this time, Chuck collaborated with a variety of stakeholders on immediate to broader environmental, political and social issues while leading water resource engineering and renewable energy projects. Chuck has a BS in Limnology from the University of Central Florida, certifications in Habitat Evaluation Procedure Modeling and Environmental Dispute Resolution from Colorado State University. He also has a certification in Government Dispute Resolution from Harvard University’s Kennedy school of Government.
