Adailson Vieira de Paula is graduated as an industrial mechanical engineer. He joined ALSTOM in 2000 as a mechanical engineer to perform R&D and project execution for lifting equipments. He held various positions in the engineering in Brazil and since Dec/2009 he is located in France, leading the product development activities for the hydro-mechanical and lifting equipments in ALSTOM Hydro.
