Keith L. Singleton serves as the Chief for the Unmanned Systems Team in the Experimentation Branch (EB) of the Maneuver Battle Lab (MBL). His primary duties include: Supporting the development of War-fighting concepts, Operational/Mission Needs Statements and Capability Documents in the near and mid range time frame in support of maneuver proponent organizations and materiel development; Over-seeing experiments with established robotics platforms to develop Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) for their employment; and Supporting the Maneuver Center of Excellence’s TRADOC Capability Manager Robotic and Autonomous Systems by assisting with the conduct of unmanned experiments to develop, validate and/or refine requirements. Primary duties also helps ensure Unmanned System’s experiment outcomes inform future concepts, force design, and the Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS).
