Mr. Howell is a Flight Test Integration Engineer in the Aircraft Operations and Engineering Branch at the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. Mr. Howell is responsible for integrating and flight-testing a variety of research experiments in NASA Langley aircraft. Most of the research projects are in atmospheric science or aeronautics. Mr. Howell received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Howell is an AUVSI member.
