Nancy Weindruch, senior director of communications for the Council for Responsible Nutrition, works on the execution of the association’s overall strategic communications efforts to both external and internal audiences. She works with journalists, facilitating interviews with CRN experts, providing information on the dietary supplement industry, and suggesting story angles. She also oversees CRN's annual consumer survey on dietary supplements. Ms. Weindruch joined CRN from Powell Tate, a strategic communications and public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., where she served as a member of the health care public affairs practice. During her five years at the firm, she implemented campaigns involving media relations, third-party advocacy, event coordination and executive visibility for corporate clients, trade associations, nonprofit organizations and government entities. Ms. Weindruch received a B.A. in English and French Literature from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio.
