Annette is the global financial management, human capital management, and business analytics and optimization benchmarking lead for IBM Global Services and leads delivery of benchmarking services globally and in the Americas. She provides benchmarking expertise to IBM teams and clients and is responsible for processing and coordinating the delivery of benchmarking products and reports. IBM Benchmarking Program Client Participation – During the past 14 years Annette has lead hundreds of participants through the benchmarking process, from data collection through validation and final report analysis and delivery.
