Dennis Chesley is a Principal in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Advisory practice with over 23 years of experience across a broad range of public and private entities with global operations. In this capacity, Mr. Chesley is the Global Leader of Risk Consulting, Co-Leader of the US Risk Consulting practice, and member of the U.S. Advisory Leadership Group. In addition, Mr. Chesley is an important driver of the Firm's approach to solutions that cross the intersection of business strategy, risk management, business operations, compliance, internal control and technology. Mr. Chesley is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to strategy, risk, compliance and control. Mr. Chesley’s clients include global financial institutions, NGOs, federal agencies and industry utilities, and he has been responsible for leading several of the firm's larger and/or more complex projects, most recently the Treasury TARP engagement and the start-up of the Small Business Lending Fund. In his client-facing role, Mr. Chesley is the Global Relationship Partner (GRP) for The World Bank Group. Education Experience: Pennsylvania State University Duke University Member of the Golden Key National Honor Society Passed his CISA exam in 1992 SAP FICO certification exam in 1999.
