Mr. Brewer is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the United States Department of Agriculture. He has been a member of the FASAB Accounting and Auditing Policy Committee. He has co-chaired a government-wide committee for the CFO Council to improve financial reporting of the Federal Government. He was presented the Government-wide Initiatives Excellence Award for Efficiency and Value Creation by the Bethesda Chapter of the AFCEA. He led USDA’s efforts to become a Federal Shared Service Provider for financial management by the Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Treasury.
